INGREDIENTS

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 capsule):

Vitamin D (Vitamin D3, Cholecalciferol)...62.5 mcg (2500 IU)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Medium chain triglycerides (from NON-GMO coconut oil), Gelatin (Capsule shell)

Recommended Dose:

Adults 18 years and older : 1 capsule 1 time per day. To be taken with an adequate intake of calcium.

Duration of Use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months.

Cautions and warnings: 15-20 mcg (600-800 IU) of vitamin D per day is an adequate quantity for most individuals.

Consult a health care practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional vitamin D before taking this product.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have kidney disorders; if you take any prescription medications including antacids, anticonvulsants, digoxin, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, steroids, statins or thiazide diuretics; if you take other vitamin D supplements, multivitamin supplements containing vitamin D, or products containing vitamin D analogues.

Contraindications: Do not use this product if you have hypercalcemia and/or hypercalciuria.

Known adverse reactions:

Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if the following early symptoms of hypercalcemia occur: weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, ringing in the ears, lack of coordination and muscle weakness or if you develop any other symptom.
