Jamieson Arthrimin GS™ Glucosamine Chondroitin - Effervescent Drink Crystals is an all-natural and delicious orange-flavoured drink mix that helps to maintain healthy cartilage and relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis. This unique formula also includes MSM and Hyaluronic Acid, both known for their joint care capabilities.

Directions
Adults: Take 1 packet daily with a meal. In a glass of water (200 mL or 6 ounces) pour in contents of one pouch, allowing effervescent action to occur (30 to 45 seconds). Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects. Store in a cool, dry place between 15°C and 25°C, away from light. Keep out of the reach of children.
