Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, purified water and aqueous coating solution.

Recommended Dosage:

To maintain overall health:" so that it can be split up into Adult and Children ages 6 and over. The recommended adult dosage is: "Take two (2) to four (4) softgels daily." and the Children aged 6 or over dosage is: "Take one (1) to three (3) softgels daily.
